What memory card size should I get for my PS VITA?

I got a ps vita and now I need a memory card. I don't wanna pay more than I have to. I probably will get a 16gb since 80 bucks for a 32gb is quite a lot. I plan to buy all my games in retail, so I won't get full on ps vita games off PSN. However I do plan to get minecraft, terraria, and spelunky. Is 16gb good for that plan? Or should I invest in a bigger memory card?

Computer powerful enough for gaming?

I'm looking for a cheap laptop for college that can play games like Minecraft, Hearthstone, Smite, and games such as Skyrim at medium settings if possible. I came across the Hp Envy 15z-j100 with
AMD Quad core A8-5550M Accelerated processor, 2GB AMD Radeon HD 8750 M Discrete processor, 6GB DDR3 system memory (2 Dimm), and 750 GB 5400 rpm hard drive. Is this capable of the gaming I'm looking for?

How to set up macros/keybinds?

I was wondering if there was a way to set up a macro on my mouse. I have a mouse with the 2 buttons on the side to go forward and backward. I was wondering if there was a way to make it so when I hit one of those, it activates the 9 key. I need this because I play minecraft and I want to be able to switch to the 9th slot on my hot bar just by pressing one of the 2 buttons.

I want to start streaming League of Legends. What PC specifications do I need?

This summer i will buy a new PC for gaming.
My current specifications are:
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU
E5400 @ 2.70 GHz
2.70 GHz, 2.00 GB of RAM
Windows XP
I want to stream at 60 FPS on medium graphics. I've tried to stream minecraft but i had like 5 FPS. I currently have 60 FPS in LoL on medium to high graphics, with moments of fps drops.

So, what do i need to stream with 60 fps on medium graphics?
