Why can't I buy Minecraft for PC?

I tried to buy Minecraft for my pc using a visa debit gift card from Wal-Mart. It is registered and activated. When I go to purchase minecraft, it says there was an error with the transaction and to check everything and try again later. Well I've been trying for a few days and it hasn't been working. The Wal-Mart website says I'm making all these transactions of $0 and I still have $100 so what's going on here? I tried paypal but when I click pay now it just goes back to the screen that has get minecraft on it (and fails the transaction). I really want minecraft and this problem is getting me super frustrated and I really just wanna sit down and buy another game for my PC. If anyone could help that would be great. Please don't answer with "yea that totally happen to me and I don't know what to do" cause that's not helpful.

Anything about good going desktops?

I'm looking for a built desktop that can handle most games in high settings like just cause, Minecraft, Watch dogs, Dayz, Battlefield, Etc. I don't know much about computers, I don't know what they need or what to look for. The computer I was thinking to get was the AlienWare x51 or Vanquish II. I'm not sure which one is good at gaming? The price I'm looking for is around $800-$1,500. Please help me and explain what is important in a computer.
