How do I get my Minecraft data from pc to Mac?

Many years ago, I played Minecraft on a pc. Now I was wondering if there was a way to get all my single player worlds from that pc onto my MacBook Air. I no longer have the pc, but I have a file named minecraft.exe on a flashdrive, which I think I used to get my data onto a different pc, which I also don't have anymore. Is there a way to use this to get my data onto my MacBook?

Leading minecraft cats deep underground, lava is preventing my several-thousand-block long self-dug shaft from being very straight at all?

I'm constantly plagued with random giant lava pools i must dig around, but since cats like to jump up on things, i do not want to risk being so close to the lava, as i have a small army of (use to be 13 cats, now its 3, most have been lost to their stupidity vs lava.

the tunnel i'm digging is 1x2 blocks, and many thousand blocks long(i've spent at least a days's worth of total time on this damn tunnel simply because the cats will drown if i try to drag them across the oceans between the jungle and my house. I'm a little over halfway done, and id love to know if there are better ways of going about this.

I used to watch this girl minecraft youtuber and I thought she was fairly big but now I can't find her anywhere? She was known for having a cute high pitched voice and I think her display name was pretty catchy. I think she only revealed her face once and it was a Christmas vlog. Help?

Can't get back to game after minimizing?

This started happening today, i was playing League of legends and later some Minecraft. When i minimize game (from fullscreen) I can't get it back up. I don't know how to fix that. Btw, yes i have tried ALT+TAB

Should I beat up a bully?

Okay, so there's some 6th graders in my middle school that are really annoying and play roblox or minecraft or some cringy game like that. Anyway, some older kids give them a hard time and shove them. And that's too far for me. But here is the thing, i'm the biggest kid out of my grade and the 8th grade. (i'm in 7th). I'm 6 ft, and pretty built, so everyone takes me seriously. But these bullies just won't leave these kids alone. I've told them to knock it off, and they did. But when I left I saw one of them start kicking the kid. I've told the teachers, but they are all to lazy to do ****. So I saw this bully start hitting these little kids today, and I walked up and shoved the bully, and yelled at him. (I was beyond pissed). But this bully got up and tried to swing at me, so I shoved him back down, then he got up and ran away. The other bully who is older, but weak and shorter, tried to punch me, but I twisted his arm really hard and he friggin' cried about it. He told me to fight him tomorrow, me vs. His stupid buddies. But I know I might really hurt someone on accident. I'm 6 ft, 145 ib., and pretty built I guess. I don't want to accidentally give this dude a concussion and get my family sued or something. There's this really cool cop that works on campus, but I couldn't find him. So, I have two choices. Watch little 6th graders get beat up, or beat the living **** out of 8th graders. I think I know my choice, but what's your opinion?
