Good gaming PC under 450$?

I have what looks like a decent rig in mind and I want to know if there's anyway to improve it or if it's okay as is but keep it cheap so I can play dayz atleast medium settings and gmod cs. And Minecraft full settings but still keeping it under 450$?

Best way to save battery power?

Long plane trips are really good for single player gaming (like minecraft). My high school Model UN club is going to the US east coast (a very long flight) but its impossible to tell if our plane will have in-seat power or not. What is the best way to conserve battery power while playing minecraft?

Please be honest! Ok so I'm a 15 1/2 year old girl. I've been playing online games since i was 9. It was mainly World of warcraft, but i stopped that… Now i mainly play minecraft, roblox, and wizard101. They are really amazing games. This summer i played it All day! Now i can't play cause my mom got rid of internet:/ (i'm using my neighbors Wi-Fi. But it sucks! But i plan on playing them again… But i don't want to. :/ And last year I almost failed my classes cause of stupid games. What should i do?
