Can i be sued for a chargeback in minecraft?

Civil matter basically. IF you do a charge back that wasn't legit then they will simply charge you anyway(although usually they cancel the order and you lose whatever and the matter is dropped). If you do them often enough then it would be turned in to a criminal matter as it looks like fraud and they get tired of it.
