How to open minecraft game menu without pressing esc?

So… I made a very stupid mistake and changed a control to 'esc'. Now I can't open the minecraft menu because when I press 'esc' it does something else. And I can't change the controls back because I can't open the game menu! How can I change my controls?

I'm not gonna lie. I stay sitting a lot to play Minecraft. I usually stay playing it over 6 hours. I used to do exersise but I can't anymore because this treadmill we have broke so I can't use it. I've stopped in April or May. I've been playing it for about over a month. My legs feel sore (like when you do too much exersise) and I haven't done any exersise.
Note; I'm 17 and I'm not overweight.

Why is everything so hard to download and run on unbunu?

I tried downloading google but it says there's something wrong with the package
and when i try to download minecraft it just opens up the file and no runable program and when i try to run steam even from the software store place it says it needs to install packages but it can't and for every one of these things i try to google how to fix but they all never work

Added (1). Also can't run online games because i can't get flash player to work

Minecraft won't work on split-screen?

I have had minecraft for a long time now, and I have always played on split-screen. But, a few months ago, it stopped working. We have it hooked up on a HDTV with an HDMI cord, but it still isn't working.
