What type of computer should I get? - 1

My most recent laptop no longer works and I'm looking for a new desktop or laptop, whichever works better. I plan on using it for playing Minecraft and The Sims 4. But I still want a computer that can still do basic web searches and I can watch YouTube on. This up coming school year however, I'm starting Dual Enrollment where instead of taking some of my classes at my high school I take them at a local college, therefore my mom thought it would be a good idea to get me a laptop to take notes on, but if the price is right I could get a "gaming" desktop and then a cheap, simple laptop to take to the college, So to those who know about computer hardware and all that stuff, what do you recommend? Should I get two computers, or one to do everything on? What types of computers do you recommend?

My Minecraft Forge (1.7.2) won't start up?

I have Java 1.8 and when I try playing on Forge the launcher closes, but the game never shows up.

Random Fps drop in minecraft?

Well. This was random. 1 day playing minecraft fine no lag next, horrible fps drop.

Well. I have a great computer. I have 16 gb of ram on it.
Anyways, this is only minecraft. I have fast internet and all of my other games run on high fps.
Also, i don't think i downloaded anything that could of slowed it down. I've tried turning all my settings down low but still bad fps.
If anyone could help that would be great.
I've already tried optifine and re-installing it so don't tell me to do either.

What to bring while looking for a Jungle biome in Minecraft?

I'm looking for a Jungle biome, I have been for a long time. I traveled over 3,000 blocks away, but to no avail. (TWO Flower Forests?!) I was wondering what to bring. I have fish, a sword, tools, a diamond block in case a tool breaks, torches, a flint and steel for the forest next to my house…(LOL)and of course, my armor. I'm playing in Peaceful, so I don't want to bring food. I think I'll bring my best horse too, since horses travel fast. I'm trying to take a break from attempting to get Wither Skeleton Skulls… I only have 1… I've found some rare things, like TWO pink sheep almost next to each other. And, like I said above, two Flower Forests. Two Ocean Monuments. Wow, everything comes in pairs xD

What is a good all around gaming mouse?

I'm right handed, and color black is wanted (or gunmetal/gray but black is most wanted) LED is okay, i play mostly MMOs but also play MOBAs, FPS, and minecraft, so yeah a mouse for all of those, cheap, wired (braided cable) cheap as in $5 - $65 and i prefer something with 15000DPI and up, thanks!
