I can't log into minecraft because I don't know my email?

I bought minecraft years ago, and I ALWAYS logged in using my username instead of my email and since it's been so long I have no idea what i used for an email…
A month or two ago I tried logging into minecraft the way I always do, and I got a message saying:
"(UserMigratedException: Invalid credentials. Account migrated, use e-mail as username)"

I do not remember ever migrating the account and I tried using every email I have ever remembered having.
How/Why did this happen? What do I do?

What recording software should I use for computer games? Mostly minecraft. (Mac)?

I have a Mac computer and I'm just wondering what software (thats free) should I use when it comes to recording video games. Like, I have QuickTime Player but that just records the screen… Unless there's a way to record the game's audio also w/ QuickTime. Another than that, what software outside of QuickTime Player can I use?

Is it worth playing Minecraft? Are there any benefits?

I'm a 16-year-old and I was first invited to play Minecraft about five years ago. But I never began playing it because I wasn't that interested at the time. In high school I've never really noticed my friends discussing it, but whenever I go to the public library there's all these kids playing it. Is it worth playing? Does it relieve you of stress? Does it make you more social? Or will it just be another useless addiction I should stay well away from?

Added (1). If not are there any other games that would relieve me off stress or make me more social? I'm asking because I'm a very lonely person with an anxiety disorder.

Should i make edited Lets Play video's?

Sometimes i feel like i want to make a let's play, but in a blind let's play there's so much downtime and idle boring stuff that i want to edit the video to keep the pace moving. My only concern is that i might turn my viewers off if it's too choppy since audio cues and stuff will make the editing obvious.

what do you guys think?

If I play games like ARK, minecraft etc etc on a 42 inch tv can?

Well I play games like ARK: Survival Elvolved - World of Warcraft - Skyrim etc etc and they're good games that come with amazing graphics and my computer is suppose to play them on medum-high graphics but can only play them on low because i get bad fps, is this because i play on a 42 inch tv? If i got a less big screen would i be able to play them on better graphics?
