MInecraft Windows 7 Installation Problem?

I gave my friend a pre-paid gift card for Minecraft for her birthday. Everytime she tries to open the program, a message pops up saying "Another application is already using this file" We can't figure out anything, and this laptop has never had Minecraft on it. (She is using windows 7)

Windows 10 doesn't support OpenGL?

So i've upgraded my computer to windows 10, everything is good about, i get fps boosts on all the games and pretty much everything is how i want it, Except Minecraft doesn't work, when i launch it it crashes and a windows pops up saying stuff, and a button says "Fix Problem". When i click on it, it sends me to a website that says my graphic cards don't support OpenGL… And i either need to update it manually (i didn't get how to do it), or do the automatic thingy, which doesn't do anything, OR wait for windows 10 to make an update to the graphics card, but it might never do it, i only have 1 month to switch back to windows 7. So… Does anyone know a possible solution? I really want to play minecraft and i wanna keep windows 10, but if i have to take off windows 10 to keep minecraft i would, i can't live forever without minecraft

P.S.: my graphics card is Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family
