I'm going to college for computer science, then computer programming eventually. I also want this laptop to be able to handle games like Minecraft. Lastly I'd prefer it to be HP because that's the brand I'm using atm and I really like it.

Does anyone know where to find diamond ore in the new tutorial world in minecraft?
Added (1). I found the block of diamond in stampys house and 3 diamond ore in the stronghold BUT I NEED more to repair my pickaxe and armour
Added (2). I found some at x=-255 y=15 z-18 ITS IN THE MIDDLE OF A BODY OF WATER THERE's THREE ORE AND ANOTHER THREE SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THAT CAVE
Ok, let me first say that I'm a *very* casual player of games (which is why I'm restricted to just games that can be played on a Mac).
I have really enjoyed playing BioShock and BioShock Infinite, Pillars of Eternity, Minecraft, and World of Warcraft and I'm looking for a new game.
Any suggestions? I like story and character driven games as well as RPGs (though I will admit that I'm not as good at RPGs as I would like). I'd prefer a game with an option for playing a female character though I don't mind playing a guy.
I need some help finding a game that has no real ending. Not an actual ending an not a point where no effort is nneeded anymore, perhaps a game where you can build bases agains enemies and there's no such thing as a "safe base"
examples of games that get boring: minecraft make an iron door and the challange is gone
farming simulator, at one point your economy is unstoppable
kerbal space program, at some point you get bored of repeating the same things
so some game tips would be awesome.

Yesterday in minecraft i was mining some iron when i noticed a large cave system ahead of me. I begun lighting torches onwards until suddenly out of the darkness i got hit. I lookwd forward and saw a skeleton emerging from the darkness i quickly ran out of that cave and into the sunlight. Now i'm afraid to go back in the cave. What shall i do. Should i never go back in the cave? The mob was away in the darkness throwing arrows how can i fight it by the time i reach it it would have killed me with his arrows? I'm really scared?
So the savings days are coming up and I'm planning on buying a laptop. I have been told that the Toshiba and Acer (the ones said in question) but I don't know which one is better. Please help! OR do you know any laptops that are really good from $500-$650 with:

I have had my computer for about a month now, and I downloaded Minecraft. It ran at a stable 60fps-100fps. Recently I have been getting under 30fps. Why has this happened? I don't recall downloading anything besides a few texture packs (which I'm not even using). WHat can I do to fix this?

Shouldn t playing with your friends Minecraft be a little cheaper? I mean, I would Totally go for it if it was $13 forever, but for month? No way, Why is it so much? Is there something extra special that makes it worth it?
