Where do i find the dogcraft mod for minecraft?

I have minecraft 1.7.9 and i wanted to know where i can download the dogcraft mod? And if i can't what are other cool mods for 1.7.9?

You can't, its only updated to 1.6.4, and forge is only updated to 1.7.2, so there are no mods for 1.7.9.

You could try looking through Curseforge. Also, you can try out some of the Technic or FTB modpacks.
