Can you add dogcraft and pixlemon to minecraft?

I want both of the mods, but I want them together. So I just want to know if they can be played together, dogs and pokemon.

I would be surprised if they could. Pixelmon removes all Minecraft mods, which dogs are. You might be able to cheat in a dog spawn egg, but that's the only way I think.
