Looking to upgrade HP Pavilion p6-2388ea Graphics card?

I've had the Pavilion for a while now and play games on it such as Counter Strike, Minecraft, Skyrim etc. But i can't play certain new games such as Borderlands 2 in 1080p with a reliable FPS and was looking to replace the integrated graphics card but am not sure if this is possible or the steps involved in doing so. I was looking at getting a Geforce GTX 650 Ti and some replacement power supply and was looking for some advice. Thanks in advance.

Added (1). Here's the page with the specs: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/...1907#N1493

Read the specs for your motherboard to find out what PCI slots the motherboard has. Check the PC spec to see what PSU wattage is fitted.

Read the specs for your proposed graphics card to check it has the same fitment as one of the slots on your mobo, and see what power supply wattage is recommended.
Add 50% to that wattage and look for a PSU that meets that, and has the right connections for your mobo, CPU, GPU and drives.

After that, it's a matter of carefully taking out the old and carefully fitting the new, ensuring all the components are properly plugged in. 4 cross-head screws for the PSU, 1 screw for the graphics card is normal.
