Can you Upgrade the graphics card on Asus a54c Laptop?

I have a asus a54c laptop and I was looking to upgrade its graphics card and maybe its processor so it can run games like Simcity, Gta Iv, and Minecraft with no lag at all. Is it possible to upgrade my laptops graphics card. And if possible what can I buy to upgrade graphics card. Also, my budget is under $80 but if its not under $80 just tell me what is the close graphics card I can get for $80

With a fire ax and a lot of duct tape. There's no "graphics card" in almost all laptops. There's a video chip soldered on the motherboard with a heat pipe on it. Only a very few fancy laptops have a tiny daughterboard with a video chip on it that can be changed.
You will have to get either a better gaming laptop ($$$$) or build or buy a gaming desktop ($$$).
