I currently have a "1gb AMD Radeon HD 5450" graphics card and want to upgrade. I primarely use my computer for online gaming and play games like minecraft and league of legends but am getting ready to play games like archeage and more importantly "Star Citezen" and want a graphics card that can handle it on medium graphics at least. If you can help me it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

If you have a 1 gb amd radeon hd5450 in your pc that mean you have a pci 2.0 x16 slot. Look for card that fit that slot. Then look to see if your psu has 6 pin connectors or 8 pin connectors to connect to your new gpu. Then check the watts of your psu, then check how many your cpu needs and the gpu you want to buy. Make sure your psu has enough watts to run your mb cpu gpu drives etc. For instance i got 500w gpu and 150w cpu i got 900 psu for some spare room.

You need to provide details about your computer, i.e. Motherboard, power supply (how many watts it has), and you processor. You can't just throw a new video card into your system, it works with the motherboard, power supply, and cpu

You definitely need graphics card to play online games but you need to give more specifics about your computer like your mother board, power supply and processor. You can also avail lot of information about graphics card from the internet.
