Ok so my laptop is a year old, and ever since i got it, I had a battery charger problem. If I would try to play any games on it (gta, dayz, minecraft), the battery charger would say it was charging, and then not charging almost between seconds. I'm not sure what is wrong here and would really like some advice.

Most probably you need a higher power watts charger, a bigger power brick to meet those big programs.
In fact pc company usually provide a larger size ac adapter for same model with discrete graphics.

It could be that the charger isn't plugged all the way in, or maybe something has come loose on the black block part on the charger. Also you can check to see if the battery is pushed in place. On the underside of your laptop there may be a switch with a lock on it. If you push it over, it should release the battery so you can put it back in place and make sure it's snapped in where it's supposed to be. If not, you may have to get a new battery.
