I'm looking for a laptop that runs apple software. It can have downloaded software and it needs to be cheap. I'm a light gamer(minecraft, ect.) and I listen to music and proably would be streaming some netflix. I was wondering what a good laptop that has OS X Mountain Lion on it and is fats, or faster than a MacBook Pro. It needs to be $450 or less, although I will go as high as $500. If you know of a cheap windows computer that can run Apple software and still boot up faster than an actual MacBook Pro, please leave a link. I was also wondering if a windows computer had apple software on it would it still have all of the viruses a regular windows computer running windows software, and would I need virus protection?
Is having os x mountain lion on a windows computer just as fast as using a macbook pro?

Yeah, Apple won't let you do that. You can emulate it from a virtual machine on windows, but that's not as good as a mac. Also that's piracy.

You can build a desktop hackintosh, which is essentially a self made system with osx(i did this to my computer and it works flawlessly, i have 2 separate hdd and 2 ssd, one for windows the other set for osx. ). But those usually start from around 1000 because the parts that work with mac are sold slightly higher. Or you can put a virtual machine on your laptop, but that would have terrible performance on a 500$ laptop, and would still get all the same viruses on a vm since you are using windows and only emulating osx.

You can't legally run Apple OS on a PC, and there's no laptop other than a Macbook or Macbook Pro that can easily run the Mac OS. Building a Hackintosh is possible but risky and not cheap. Since it violates Apple's licensing, there's no guarantee that it will work, and you have to really know what you are doing. And you can't run the Mac OS on a virtual machine.
