I want to design a house. Don't have minecraft. Or patience for specific details blueprints programs?

If you don't have the patience then you don't want to design a house.

Drawing a pretty picture of a house or anything else is not designing… It is drawing a pretty picture. Designing requires that the pretty picture incorporates things that are necessary to build the thing like proper stud spacing, utility requirements (like electric/gas/internet/plumbing), wind and snow load, roof pitches, materials usage, and a ton of other things.

Then, if your intent is to build a house, everything must conform to local building standards and presented to the authorities in a practical and well organized way for approval… You can't build anything you want anywhere you want.

I'm not saying that you CAN'T design a house, only that it is going to take time, patience, and serious thought. My first attempt at designing a house was way before there was ever such thing as a personal computer. I had (and still have) the drawings, all done by hand and to proper scale. Computer programs assisting you in your work makes it a walk in the park even if you don't know the first thing about it.

My guess is that it took me a year or more to work it out… Granted, I was 15 years old and learned by doing everything at least twice as I realized the amount of stuff required to satisfy building codes and electrical codes and whatnot. Now I'm 53 and still want to build my house.

Essentially, i want to design a house. I'm looking for somehting so simple, that i can build this house in five minutes. AS IN i want to click on a circle, it shows a circle, but you can enlargen it. That bloody simple is what i want. I downloaded this 3d one, you click a circle, it allows you to create cones, circles, elevating it, allwhile its 3d. All those options from a friggen circle. I want drag and drop, enlargen or don't… That is what i'm specifically looking for, something so simple. If you have any ideas, Please

Afraid that is not possible… If you want to build the house, you defiantly need lots of time… Otherwise if you are just making a 3-D rendering a house for fun, then you can cut out math, but any 3-D Program will take a good amount of time… If you want to build, you need more patience, but if this is for fun then you also need more patience or you can try something else. Unfortunately a program does not exist, for 3-D house rendering that is that simple. Try something like Legos or Knex… They are more entertaining and easier to continue the project because of that… Still if you want to build a house, you are going to need a lot of time commitment.
