Minecraft wall blueprints?

Could anybody share a design for a wall running along a river that separates two islands, so it acts kind of like a border, I've got a rough idea of what to build but if anybody has got a design that doesn't use alot of rescources (I'm building on survival on xbox) and if you could share roughly how much it would cost to build 300m long of your design
