I'm getting bored of minecraft?

Can someone tell me something fun to build. Something fun and easy to build

If I were you I would try building a small town or maybe even a city. If that doesn't really seem fun try making pixel art of 8-bit characters like Samus from Metroid or 8-bit pokemon sprites.

Install mods… Http://www.skydaz.com will do it for you… This adds a lot of fun… I suggest galacticraft, computercraft… Just go to the search bar on the top right corner… And ps: if you only see 1.6.4 mods… Just search "1.5.2"

You could try building a painting with a bunch of colored blocks (or just take a break for a while I know that's not what you want to hear but it works)
