It's passable but not great. I'm a digital artist who uses all of those things daily, and we're forced to use a similar Macbook (2013 edition, not much difference) because of iOS development. Adobe programs do well until you want to edit about 4k resolution images or anything past 30fps. LoL runs terribly. Laptop can run hot like all laptops, and active fan is quiet enough.
If you MUST get the Macbook, make sure you partition a Bootcamp and install Windows on it. Anything that uses the GPU runs way better on my Windows partition, because Apple refuses to update drivers more than once every two years.
The biggest issue with working on the Macbook is you Really need an external display. While the physical resolution is quite high, so is the screen density, meaning you have far less relative space to work in compared to a 1080p/1200p laptop from another manufacturer.
Also, a Macbook will cost you a full $1000 more than a comparable Windows laptop, and given the choice, I recommend you take the latter.
