I really like minecraft but there's one thing I can't figure out… How do you get in a mine cart with powered rails? I need a specific and detailed answer

The powered rails must be powered by red stone. I.E. Red Stone Torch, Button Rail, Levers, Buttons, etc. Then just right click to get into the cart and you are good.

Right click the cart to get in, the left shift key will make you jump out.
Note that you can't get into the Cart With Chest of the Cart with Furnace, only the basic cart.

Usually you need to give it a push (Just walk into it from the back) on a powered rail then right when it starts to move hop into it.
