How to increase FPS in minecraft?

I hardly get 30 fps my friend is getting 80 fps(omg). Can you tell me how can i increase the fps?

Oh my ****, first you would need to upgrade your hardware like not buy a laptop in the first place, 2nd, 80fps isn't a lot, 3rd you can't just magically increase fps, you need hardware upgrades so please stop with these 9 year old questions
