Whenever I play Minecraft (1.7.5) it always lags. What I mean by lag is that I get 5 fps on average, literally. I have tried to give it more ram, set the priority to high, set the video settings to run faster, and I still get 5 fps. As of now, Optifine hasn't been released for 1.7.5, and Optifine is usually an update below the current version. Can anyone help me?

Your ram might not be the problem, you could have a weak processor, a weak/bad graphics card, or you could be using a computer not designed to take the calculations per second needed to run minecraft at speed. If you could give any information on your computer, it might be more helpful for fixing the problem.

It may be your computer can't handle the game? Bad graphics card or Ram. But if you don't want to both buying something new try getting rid of View bobbing, No clouds, and get rid of bedrock fog. They might not help to much but it does help some!
