Next you should install Razer Game Booster if you're using a version of Windows higher than XP. It'll optimize the game's settings to run more settle on your computer.

There are some good programs for that. My favor is jetboost it stop other stuff from running you chose what you what it to disable if it win8 or 8.1 and you disable expoler.exe the win. Apps will not work. My laptop laged whith that game to but i think yours is still more fps. Jetboost is free
