How fast does Minecraft run on a 2010 MacBook Air?

I've been thinking about getting Minecraft but my laptop is 2010 MacBook Air. Will it run at a decent FPS -(Maybe 30?). If not is there anything I can do to speed it up if not?

It will probably play at higher than 30FPS, since it can run games that has stricter requirements than Minecraft at low settings
