When I try to open Minecraft.exe nothing happen, I look at the task manager and Javaw was running for a second only and disappear. I tried installing and uninstalling java 7 multiple time and still can't open it.
I can't open my minecraft launcher 1.7.4?

Update your graphics card and drivers if that doesn't work i don't know your pc may not be able to run minecraft
