You can't, The technic launcher is a totally different launcher then minecraft, it wouldn't have a purpose anyways because the most recent modpack is 1.6.4, just log into the technic launcher with your minecraft login and download a modpack, then keep reopening the technic launcher when you want to play the modpack.
