CPU temperature goes 80+ degrees celsius when gaming?

750 GB HDD
4 GB RAM DDR3

My laptop drops frame rate everytime I play Minecraft (mid settings). I even downloaded HWMonitor and it says that my CPU temperature goes 80 when I play it and goes down to 40-50 when I close the game.

Do I need to take my laptop to a professional to dust off/clean the heatsink, CPU and other stuffs so I can play games without losing frame rate?

Added (1). It now goes 90+ degrees after playing for 5 minutes.

That is a normal temperature. The problem with laptops is they are very small and have bad air flow. Just blow dust out every now and then

That's within operating margins so it won't damage the CPU.
If you're gaming on your laptop though, make sure you use a can of air on the vents every now and then to dislodge any dust build up.
It might also be worth getting one of those laptop fan docks if you're worried about the temp.
