I'm planning for chrismas to buy a desktop for somebody. They will be using it for internet and Minecraft I don't want to spend all that much money and just minecraft and Internet. No bf4 or Cod on high settings just simple minecraft.

Not sure if you needed a monitor and keyboard/mouse with this system so that will of course affect the price.
You should be able to find a desktop computer from pretty much anywhere brand new for around $300-$400 that will work just fine.

Yes, i agree with Joseph, most pc's from this generation will run it. Try getting one used from Craigslist or Amazon. You can get a decent computer super cheap.
