Could you make a teleporter and walk through it and pop out somewhere else? It would really help if I were able.

You could make something like it with command blocks in creative mode, but in survival without mods you can't.

You can make a teleporter with command blocks and pressure plates pretty easily. There are plenty of tutorials online, just search it up. Also if you are unable to use command blocks, you can use nether portals. This is a little more tedious, but you can link 2 nether portals together in the overworld by placing them close in the nether. There are also many tutorials on that way if you search it.
