Can you get bees on the nentendo switch minecraft?

No, that is not possible.

At the moment it's a PC Java edition exclusive that will be rolled out to other versions at a later date.

Not right now, it's not even officially out on PC either. It's part of the snapshot which is a very early and buggy beta that people can test

Mojang strives to keep the Java Edition (original PC version) & Bedrock Engine (Switch, XBox One, Windows 10 & Mobile) on equal footing.

Right now, bees are only available on Snapshot (considered a "Work In Progress") versions of the Java Edition & are NOT OFFICIAL YET. Once version 1.15 gets released for the Java Edition, it'll eventually make its way to the Bedrock Engine releases.

TL;DR version: NOT YET, but in the foreseeable future… So be patient!

Bees aren't in the switch version yet. The java version gets snapshots that add features before they're completely finished, but switch users will have to wait for the whole thing to be released first. And hopefully they'll also add in foxes to the switch version because we don't have them yet either
