i'm just wondering can i still get a partnership if one of my videos has an acknowledged copyright claim that can still be monitized? Because i have a video that has been monitized it also has an acknowledged copyright claim by "Minecraft", musical composition administered by:

If the copyright has been acknowledged by the copyright holder, you should have no problem. If it's just you saying I don't own the copyright that won't do it.
If you acknowledged a copyright claim, doesn't that mean you have admitted that you violated the YT terms of service? They reserve the right to terminate "repeat offenders", let alone pay them.
