Here's the full story - A few days ago, I uploaded a Minecraft video on YouTube. Some guy thought that I was hacking (I was not) and then he 'exposed' me by showing my video in his clip. Can that be counted as copyright infringement? Can I report him for doing that?

No, not infringement. He has free access to try and prove his point. You can respond and try and prove yours, you can use his clip in yours. That is how free speech works
