Can I download certain games to a laptop thats also a tablet?

I'm thinking about buying a laptop that's also a tlet but I have games like sims and minecraft… I was wandering if I could download them to the tab/comp thing? Or is it just for like apps i don't know I'm not good with tech so I need all avalible answers like what could I download the scimatics what type of lap/tab is the best lap/comp please and thank you
