I think you're referring to "Ram" lol and if you go to you're start menu and right click computer and go to the properties it will tell you how much ram you have that you can use. Don't ever use all of it because it will slow it down, say if you have 4gb use 2gb if you have 8 use 6. So on so forth.

As for downloading more RAM, you can't. You have to go to a PC hardware store to buy an upgrade.
