So yesterday, my friend and I were playing minecraft and we decided to make a shop in a creative plots server. We had seen the idea in videos and stuff so we built a shop where we make enchanted dyed armor and "sell"
It to people. (It's creative so if they have to pay a diamond, they can just spawn it right in) So then my friend started advertising on the chat and some guy was like "OMFG YOU COPIED ME! THIS WAS MY IDEA FIRST! COPYRIGHT! I'm GONNA SUE YOU AND IF YOU DON't REPORT TO MINECRAFT COURT YOU WILL BE VOIDED" at first we were laughing because I don't think there's such thing as minecraft court but the guy has a much higher rank than us and he might be able to do something about our shop. We told him that we had a right to build whatever we wanted and he was like "no because blah blah blah". And I don't think he can sue us because we aren't even 14 yet. So I'm wondering if there's such thing as minecraft court and "suing" people in a creative plot for making a store? If you think I'm stupid for not knowing if there's minecraft court or whatever don't hate on me because I'm i don't know about that kind of stuff.
Can someone get sued in minecraft?
I mean, people are going to tell you you're fine but they just want to soften the blow to you. Basically because they have to pay for the server, and its their copy righted material (all ideas are automatically copyrighted by law, its in the constitution) basically they than sue you, and you may have to pay for the server for three years, thats what happened to my buddy tom after he tried to sell people tnt cannons.
The youngest you have to be to be sued is 6 so you're fair game.

They can't sue you for doing something in a game, especially not a game that they don't own.

Haha, this guy is a troll, you can't get sued in minecraft, also, they won't do anything about it, not even kck you, unless this guy was serious AND owns the server or has admin rights.
