Ok so I'm a 13/14 year old and I would like a pay pal account to collect donations I have a game server (Minecraft) and if people donate then they get special perks but I need to have a way of collecting the money. All I'm going to do is hold it in my pay pal account until I have a credit/debit card I can also use that money to help pay for the server because the company I buy it from has a pay pal option where you can group pay for the server. As well as that I have a You Tube channel and already I have 10 or so vids and I have made like 10p but 10p is better than none! That uses pay pal too please let me know if this is legal.

Only if your parents have an acct and want to let you have a connected child acct

Until you are 18 you can't sign any legal document. Your parents will have to get the account for you, but they can put it under your name.
