Xbox 360 Minecraft SplitScreen?

I wanted to play Minecraft with my Sister offline 2 player splitscreen. I have a HD LED 32 inch Tv and Minecraft doesn't work. I tried changing HDTV output- 720p. All it says the wire is disabled. I tried enabling it and all it does is turn to a black screen… What do I do?! I really wanna play minecraft with my sis

You need a hdmi cable going from your xbox to the tv (you have the right type of tv for this by the way) then just launch a world in minecraft with two profiles signed in, once In the world hit the start button. On the second controller and bam, you have split screen minecraft
