Would you buy an Xbox 360 with about 3 years of downloaded games for $750-1000?

I'm thinking of selling my Xbox 360 for an Xbox one. It has: Season 1 of walking dead. Minecraft with all texture packs and most skin packs. Titanfall Felix edition. Destiny with all dlcs. Batman arkahm city. Terraria. Call of duty advanced warfare with all DLC s. Call of duty black ops 1 and one 2. BioShock. Happy wars. Call duty ghosts. Battle blocks. Civilization Revolution. Crisis three. Defiance. Dungeon defenders. Fruit ninja connect. Years of war. Years of war III. Guardians of middle earth. In the wars. Halo reach. Iron brigade. Connect sports. Modern warfare three. MX versus ATV alive. Plants versus zombies. Red faction. Saints row the third. Skyrim. Sniper elite two. Spartacus legends. Tumor raider. War face. World of tanks. And a few more… It would be compleatly cleared except the games.

Personally, no. I don't have that kind of money to waste.

No. It is against ToS to sell hardware with pre-loaded games. The games still belong to the original XBL account they were purchased on. So if you delete that account (or format the machine like you're supposed to before selling), then you lose the license to play the games and can't play them anymore.

Selling the hardware should only be that: the hardware. Any software sold needs to be the disc, not pre-installed on the system.

Nope it is an old system and the games are going to be out of date soon no online for xbox I would pay 300

No.
1. The requirements of Transfer of the games or the purchase of the existing Account is dubious at best.
2. X-box has too many complaints in too many forums about problems.
3. What the games are would also affect the decision, are they the type of game(s) the buyer would consider playing.
Then there's the "Value" of the used box, and individual games.
The series of Walking Dead is free on line.
Many games are in the 20$US average price.
et cetera.

Would I pay $400 over what a new Xbox One would cost for a 360? A 360 with games that I won't be able to use on my own XBox account… Even with taking over the account to keep the games, still not worth even half of what you're asking.

It's an outdated console, no one's going to pay that much for it, I could get a used 360 for less than $100 probably within an hour if I wanted to, leaving my $650 to buy games for it. Meaning I can get all the games you have that I might want plus more because used games are pretty cheap, I won't have the games you have that I don't want, and will still get out cheaper.

No better I will buy new XOBOX ONE. Or PS4. Why to buy old console which will not compatible with new games. To Improve Applock compatibility, You must also install Leo Privacy Guard in your smart phone, with Stylish themes.
