Until my computer died because it was old. I still have the account, and would it still cost $27 to download it again on my new windows 10 if I still have the account?
I already previously had a Minecraft account and downloaded it on my laptop around 3 years ago. My laptop was old, bit it worked fine?

It shouldn't cost again. You have already paid for it. You should be able to install it on your new system.
