I've been trying to make hardened clay on MC on my Xbox 360 by putting clay and coal in the furnace and for some reason its not hardening? Am I doing something wrong or can you just not make hardened clay on the xbox version?

Actually the MInecraft Xbox version might not be as updated as the PC, but sure you can make brick out the clay. As you said just put the clay in the furnance with coal/charcoal and that's it. Now it might be a bug on the map that you are working on, because thats how you do it. I play Minecraft pocket edition & on Xbox live version and little brother has it on the PC. Also one more tip. Make sure that the clay it's on it's original form not in clay block or something else. That might be why you are not able to make brick.

Hardened Clay isn't implemented into the Xbox version yet, sorry. But you guys are indeed getting it next update.
