The pictures you'll have seen will be a Mod, not in the actual standard game. I can be fairly sure when I say it'll never be in the standard game.

Sorry to tell you, but that's a mod. As far as I know, only the PC version of Minecraft can be modded. As for the mod in those videos, I believe it is Galacticraft. http://micdoodle8.com/mods/galacticraft
