I know what laptop i'm getting which is the Lenovo Y510p, I'm going to be recording gameplay mostly Minecraft on the PC. I want to make gamplay videos with commentaries like TheBajanCanadian, CaptainSparklez, and JeromeASF. But I don't know what recording and editing software/hardware will be best for that. I was going to get the Elgato Game Capture HD but I heard it does not record my voice or my friends' voice. Any help would be appreciated.

Usually, a "normal" gaming commentatior (for instance: UberHaxorNova) uses Fraps to record PC games. It's probably the best recording software out there. For the voice/commenting part, youtubers usually record their voice in Sony Vegas. Sony Vegas might get hard to start out with if you don't know anything about video editing. Another great, easier software is Camtasia.
