Can you call Microsoft to get old minecraft map back?

I got a new Xbox one but lost my 360 that had my old minecraft map. Would calling Microsoft help get my old map at all?

You should be able to recover it with your profile on Xbox live

Only way to get it back is if you had it set up through the Cloud Storage. If you didn't do that, then there's nothing they can do. If you still have your Xbox 360, then you can set the saves up for cloud storage and then recover it on the Xbox One.

Google it. You may find the map in pdf format posted by Minecraft enthusiasts somewhere!
