Will other games lag out minecraft?

Added (1). For instance, i would like to download Dota 2 but i'm afraid that Minecraft would start to lag a bit. Is that true?

my usual for minecraft is 27-35 fps without optifine

Only if you are running them both at the same time if you are going to download dota 2 then I recommend doing it when you are not playing minecraft.

You can also try to optimize your PC to keep it in top shape so it loads better.

Optimization can be done by defragmenting, junk file clean, registry clean, etc etc I used advanced system care daily to keep my PC in top performance.

Also if it seems a little low on the FPS try increasing the amount of RAM being used.
