I've been wanting to upgrade my Windows 7 to Windows 10 but I'm worried that I won't save my files or that some of the programs that I have won't work on the Windows 10.
The programs are:
Photoshop
Sony Vegas Pro
Camtasia
Microsoft Office / Powerpoint, Excel etc.
Minecraft
and more.
Will they all work?
Don't do it. There are people all over this site asking for help since they upgraded to W10. What's the rush? The free offer is on for almost a year and as time goes by MS will iron out the defects. And defects there are a plenty.
Minecraft and many games may not work. The DirectX11 and graphics drivers for W10 are buggy and some games don't work at all.
The rest of your programs should be OK but be wary that there will be bugs as many were made to run on Windows 7 - not Windows 10…
