Will An HP Envy 17 2014 run sims 4 and minecraft?

and the difference is just a $ 100 your performance in games any games will sku rocket with a geforce 840 m instead of an hd 4600
not even an i7 can make up for a good video card nor can it subsitute a bad one ( ie the hd 4600 one )
