Why won't Minecraft let me play?

I have been having trouble with my Minecraft. When I try to open it up and play a world, it goes back to the log in screen. It doesn't say there's a crash report, it just goes back to the log in screen.
I have mods in the world that I'm playing in, and they are:
Team Crafted Mod
Lucky Block Mod
More Buttons Mod
Rei's Minimap Mod
Custom NPC's
FinderCompass

This started when I installed the Team Crafted Mod. I have been able to play some worlds with the mod, but it recently started doing this.

Try deleting and reinstalling the mod, only if you haven't started a good world because i'm pretty sure it deletes it
