Just the other day my minecraft wasn't working properly. When i went on single player or multiplayer, i couldn't see any players, nor blocks. The only thing i could see was the sky and the items in other players' hands. Everything else was invisible. I remember updating my drivers could that be the source of my problem? I tried reinstalling the game too, no luck.

Well, I'm no genius but I think when you updated your drivers it could have done something to the game. I would suggest contacting mojang for more help.

First of all,
updates to drivers are to fix specific problems in certain computers
or configurations.
if your computer or drivers are not experiencing any problems,
then there's absolutely no need to update them.
if you are not experiencing the problem that the updated driver fixes,
then do NOT try to fix something that does not require fixing.
minecraft runs on Java,
so.
uninstall java, then download then reinstall the latest version.
delete your minecraft.exe file,
then go to the minecraft site and download the latest version.
if you have installed mods,
move your saves to a safe place
then delete the.minecraft folder found in your AppData / Roaming folder.
then fire up minecraft and you will be good to go.

do not forget to put your saves back in to the appropriate folder.
